Joshua Allen has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as Region Sales Manager at Sand Dollar Hospitality since September 2018 and as Director of Sales Marketing at Country Inns & Suites By Carlson since July 2015. In these roles, Joshua has successfully implemented sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability and customer satisfaction, consistently achieving sales goals and managing annual strategic plans. Prior to these positions, Joshua worked as a Shoe Specialist at Scheels and held sales roles at Best Buy and Pizza Hut. Joshua's foundational experience in customer engagement began at the Hampton Inn Hotel, where responsibilities included front desk operations and guest management. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Bethany Lutheran College.
