Kathy Strottmann is an experienced retail and program management professional with a background in exercise science. Currently serving as an Assistant Store Leader and Specialty Shop Manager at Scheels since August 2016, Kathy has demonstrated leadership in a dynamic retail environment. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Program Director at the YMCA of the USA National Resource Office from March 2003 to June 2016 and serving as Associate Executive at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines from 2009 to 2011. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Iowa State University between 1988 and 1992.
