Katie Johnson has extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Assistant Store Leader at Scheels since June 2016, Katie provides guidance to specialty shops and trains associates in effective sales techniques. Prior experience includes managing a women's casual and fashion footwear shop at Mankato YMCA, where Katie also contributed as a Livestrong Intern, helping cancer survivors with fitness strategies. Additionally, coaching roles at Anoka Area Hockey Association, Sweat Hockey Camp, and Breezy Point Hockey Camp involved collaborating on drills and effective communication with young athletes. Earlier experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Anoka Strength and Conditioning included advising high school athletes on weight lifting techniques. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
