Kyle Docken

Kyle Docken has extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Point of Sale Specialist at Scheels since October 2013. In this role, Kyle is responsible for creating test plans, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring quality control of program changes. Previous experience includes a position as a Home Theater Sales Associate at Best Buy, where relationship selling and customer service were key, and as a Manager at Panchero's Mexican Grill, overseeing operations and staff efficiency. Kyle also held supervisory and entry-level roles at Sandella's Flatbread Cafe and John Bartl Hardware, respectively. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from North Dakota State University between 2007 and 2012.
