Mike Adrian has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as the Service Shop Lead at Scheels since July 2021. Prior to this position, Mike held multiple roles at HOMELINK/The VGM Group from August 2018 to July 2021, including Provider Relations - Network Development for Ancillary Services, Billing Analyst, Business Office Department Trainer, and Patient Care Coordinator. Mike's career at Scheels began in August 2012, where Mike progressed from Assistant Manager to Specialty Shop Manager/Sales until November 2017. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with a focus on Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 2009 and 2013.
