Ryleigh Collum currently serves as the Coordinator of Internal Operations at Simpson College since July 2023 and has been involved in web fulfillment at Scheels since May 2017. Ryleigh gained experience as the Cross Country and Track and Field Manager at the University of Iowa from August 2019 to June 2023, overseeing video footage and catering for athletes. Additional roles include internships with the Waukee Community School District's Athletics Department, BaAM Productions, and Iowa Sports Foundation, as well as leadership in sport-related organizations such as the Future Sports Business Leaders Alliance. Ryleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management with a Business Studies Concentration from the University of Iowa.
