Preston Schell

Preston Schell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Atlantic Companies since October 1997, overseeing a team in various real estate-related firms primarily focused on Southern Delaware. Preston co-founded Schell Brothers in February 2003, acting as a production builder, and Clean Energy USA in September 2006, which specializes in the installation of solar panels, windmills, and geothermal systems. Additionally, Preston was a Principal at DSM Commercial Real Estate from December 2012 to June 2024 and co-founder of TVG Partners until June 2022, which developed and managed self-storage facilities across the U.S. Other notable roles include co-ownership at Sperry Van Ness from 2009 to 2012 and Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty until December 2011.
