Rob Lepard is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Schell Brothers since November 2022, Rob is focused on modernizing and scaling an industry-leading software platform. As the Founder of Atlas Tech Group LLC since April 2022, Rob is dedicated to enhancing companies through improved processes and software solutions. Previously, as Director of Software Engineering at SynQor from 2009 to April 2022, Rob was responsible for software infrastructure and application development, providing technical leadership and managing both internal and external resources. Rob began career as a Software Engineer at SynQor from 2000 to 2008, where expertise was developed in creating large-scale database-driven applications. Earlier experience includes working as an Avionics Engineer in the USAF from 1996 to 2000. Rob holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
