Tom Goergen

Tom Goergen is an experienced construction and project management professional with a comprehensive background in the residential building industry. Currently serving as a Special Project Manager at Schell Brothers since March 2023, Tom oversees commercial projects focused on community amenities. Previously, Tom worked as a Construction Manager at Lennar, where responsibilities included managing the construction of prototype homes and resolving plan errors. Tom's experience also includes serving as a Community Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes, where Tom built a prototype model home and tackled municipality inspection challenges. Early career roles at Schell Brothers and service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army contribute to Tom's well-rounded expertise. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
