Lucas Freeman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lucas began their career as an Instructor at iD Tech Camps, where they taught various classes focused on game design and programming. Lucas then worked as a Front End Developer at Virginia Tech, where they contributed to the Mirror Worlds project by designing and texturing virtual spaces.

Lucas later joined Epic Games as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, responsible for ensuring the quality of their software products. Lucas then moved on to 4th Wall FX as a Technical Artist, where they utilized their technical skills to support visual effects projects.

In 2021, Lucas worked as a Senior Technical Artist at vytal studios, applying their expertise in technical artistry. Lucas also worked at Volvo Trucks as a Visualization Designer, creating visualizations for their products.

Currently, Lucas is employed at Schell Games as an Advanced Technical Artist, utilizing their advanced technical skills to contribute to game development projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to design and develop virtual reality applications, manage complex projection systems, and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients.

Lucas Freeman earned a Master's degree in Creative Technologies from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
