Ryan Yee has a diverse work experience in the field of concept art and illustration. Ryan began their career as a Freelance Illustrator in 2003, and later joined Fat Cat Animation as a Digital Ink & Paint artist in 2006. In 2008, they joined Schell Games as a Concept Artist and worked there until 2017, starting as a Junior Concept Artist and advancing to the role of Advanced Concept Artist. During their time at Schell Games, they also took on the role of Senior Concept Artist in 2017. Additionally, they served as a Contract Storyboard Artist at Animal FX in 2014. In 2009, Yee worked as a Contract Illustrator at Wizards of the Coast. Overall, Yee has gained extensive experience in creating concept art for various projects and has also contributed as an illustrator and storyboard artist.
Ryan Yee attended the Academy of the Southside from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Alla Prima, Drawing, and Painting. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Animation from The Art Institutes.
