Stephen Halbrook

Stephen Halbrook is the managing principal and Federal Practice Leader at Schellman & Company. Stephen has over fifteen years of experience in the field of management consulting. Prior to joining Schellman, Stephen worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from January 2004 to June 2005.

Stephen Halbrook has a BSBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and an MSBA from the same school. Stephen is certified by the District of Columbia Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Stephen Halbrook reports to Avani Desai, President & CEO. They are on a team with Scott Zelko - Managing Director, Danny Manimbo - Principal, and Doug Kanney - Principal.
