James Hetmanek is a seasoned product and UX leader with extensive experience in managing product development and digital strategy across various sectors. Previously, they served as a Senior Product Manager at St. Joseph Communications, where they led a team in the complete rebuild of a proprietary platform and managed Agile Scrum practices. James also held roles at GS1 Canada as Senior Director of Product Management and UX, focusing on developing applications and solutions for the Canadian supply chain. In addition to their corporate roles, they co-founded Tune Your Ride, an initiative promoting eco-friendly music events. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics and Math from McMaster University and a diploma in the Business of Children's Entertainment from Centennial College.
