Andy Symonds is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Qlar Pneumatic Conveying UK Ltd since July 2023, Andy has previously held positions such as People Services Manager at Junction 4 Pallets and People Director at MONTAGU GROUP LIMITED. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at both Tayto Group Limited and Primark Stores Limited, as well as a notable career in the British Army, where Andy achieved the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1. Andy possesses a Master’s Equivalent in Leadership & Management from The City & Guilds Institute and foundational education from Claydon High School.
