Holger Hackstein

Holger Hackstein has a strong background in digitalization and innovation. Holger has served as the Chief Digital Officer at Schenck Process since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens Logistics from November 2017 to October 2020, where they led the Innovation & Digitalization Lab. Before that, they held various roles at Siemens Power & Gas, including Program Manager Digitalization from March 2016 to October 2018, Innovation Manager from January 2012 to February 2016, and Product Manager Diagnostic Systems from February 2004 to January 2012. Holger began their career at BKVibro, where they were the Manager of Product Management from 1998 to 2004.

Holger Hackstein obtained their Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau from Gerhard Mercator Universität Duisburg, where they studied from 1991 to 1998. Holger further pursued their education at the Technical University of Darmstadt, obtaining a Phd (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Engineering Science, which they completed from 2001 to 2003.
