Jithin Joy

Jithin Joy, PMP®, is a Deputy Manager in Project Management at Schenck Process, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with gross margin and cash flow targets. With a strong background in heavy engineering machinery for the power sector, Jithin previously served as Assistant Manager in Sales & Tendering and Senior Engineer in the Ljungstrom Division of ARVOS Group. Earlier career experience includes a role as Sales and Tendering Engineer at Alstom Power, where Jithin contributed significantly to cost reductions and received recognition for leadership in implementing 5S and lean manufacturing concepts. Jithin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
