Leo Liang

Leo Liang serves as the Chief Information Officer at Qlar Group since May 2024 and has held the same position at Schenck Process since October 2014, where responsibilities include global IT strategy communication and implementation in the APAC region. Experience also encompasses roles such as Regional IT Officer and Director of IT, focusing on project management, team leadership, and IT strategy execution. Prior positions include LANA at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where IT development and infrastructure management were key tasks, and roles at Schenck Process that involved commercial management and IT engineering.
