SCHEPERS BOSMAN 

Schepers Bosman is a Dutch designer duo consisting of fashion designers Sanne Schepers and Anne Bosman. 

At the core of Schepers Bosman’s collective design practice is a craft-based, hands-on process prioritizing making and materials. 

To shape this vision, the duo has created an atelier workplace, sharing all phases and facets of the creation process from design, development to manufacturing under one roof. A making place, where the designer is also the artisan, enabling circular thinking and considered making.
 
This way of working results in small-scale, artisanal clothing collections of contemporary everyday wear items, elevated through visual signs of traditional craft. Retaining the work-in-progress in the final product.

In terms of shape reseach, the duo prefers an inclusive fit that moves easily between masculine and feminine. Each pattern and shape is individually drafted, fitted and finished by hand, before becoming part of their ongoing collection. 

Schepers Bosman works with high-quality and durable materials, with a focus on running stock and leftover batches. Sourced from responsible weaving mills in The Netherlands, Italy and England. With a personal predeliction for densly woven cottons and rigid denims, materials that age beautifully over time. 

All Schepers Bosman garments are small-scale manufactured in The Netherlands.

The duo works exclusively on a made-to-order base, aiming to slow down the pace of production and promote mindful consumption. Their designs are available on personal request, as well as via selected stockists worldwide. 

Schepers Bosman presents their work in private showrooms during Paris Fashion Week.
