We are aqua-concept, the number 1 employer of the future. Together with our subsidiary Schicht GmbH, we have been developing sustainable solutions for perfect water to meet the most diverse customer needs for more than 40 years for about 25 countries. Our environment and the people - customers and employees alike - are the focus of our thoughts and actions. Whoever knows us, knows that we do not only talk, we do. Sustainability is important to us, not only in our solutions: We also see customer relationships and the further development of our employees as long-term and future-proof.
We live innovation at every level and in many areas: thinking anew, always keeping in motion, developing solutions. Everyone can contribute to our success and help shape the future. All departments and age groups are constantly working towards the common goal: to make the world of water treatment and water management better for people and the environment.

We trust each other and are ready to take responsibility. For people, the environment and for each other. Only in this way can we remain what we are: Alive, pioneers for a better future and enthusiastic about what we do.

Our awards
We are an excellent employer - this is also demonstrated by our top ranking in the competition for the IKOM Award 2020 in the category of under 250 employees*. The IKOM Award, presented by the Technical University of Munich (TUM), recognizes particularly responsible and sustainable management of medium-sized companies.
