Max Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global supply chain management and category management. Currently serving as Global Category Manager for Production Material at Schindler Group since July 2012, Max evaluates and implements purchasing strategies to support the company's business objectives. Prior to this, Max held the position of Global Supply Chain Manager at Tetra Pak from October 2007 to June 2012, where responsibilities included creating comprehensive supply chain strategies and managing localization projects across Asia. Max began a career at Schneider Electric as a Project Leader from January 2006 to September 2007, focusing on product introduction and cost reduction projects.
