Patrick Kang

Patrick Kang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrick began their career at Bucherer AG as a Sales Apprentice, where they focused on managing procurement and driving sales with international clients. After three years, they joined Embassy Jewel AG as a Sales Associate, where they utilized their expert knowledge in mechanical watches and gemstones to negotiate sales and build strong customer networks. Patrick also acted as the Deputy Store Manager of Panerai Boutique and supported purchasing decisions. In 2019, Patrick joined Schindler Group as a Trainee in the Global Talent & Development Team, focusing on talent management and coordinating internal career development programs. Patrick later transitioned to the role of HR Data Analyst, being responsible for data uploads and cost savings in the Global HR Solutions & Technology and Talent & Development Team. Patrick then moved up to HR Solution Expert, contributing to business intelligence and analysis projects. Patrick's most recent role at Schindler Group has been as the Global HR Solution Manager, overseeing the implementation of HR solutions and leading HR analytics and reporting efforts.
