Rodel Agulo

Rodel Agulo has extensive HR experience spanning over 18 years, currently serving as the Lead HR Workforce Administrator at Schindler Group since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing key employee life cycle processes, managing employee engagement programs, and ensuring adherence to HR policies in the UAE and Qatar. Prior to this role, Rodel worked at CB&I from May 2005 to November 2015, holding positions such as Payroll Administrator and Administrative Assistant, which involved payroll coordination, visa processing, and various administrative tasks. Rodel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Batangas State University, completed between 2000 and 2005.
