Robert Romansky is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets. With a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Universitetet i Oslo, obtained between 1992 and 1998, Robert began a legal career as a lawyer at BAHR from 1999 to 2002 before moving to Kvale Advokatfirma DA, where Robert served as both lawyer and partner from 2002 to 2005. Since August 2012, Robert has been a partner at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt, where Robert also has held the position of Head of M&A and capital markets since January 2015, leading the department in these specialized areas.
