John Shepherd

John Shepherd is an experienced instructional technical designer currently working at NIIT since April 2021, where responsibilities include designing and deploying multimedia learning solutions for diverse clients. Prior to this, John spent over 16 years at Bank of America in various capacities, including instructional designer and performance improvement consultant, focusing on large-scale learning projects and team management. In addition to corporate experience, John has served as a VIP tour guide at Schlafly Beer since 2015, and has a background in the arts as a co-founder and associate artistic director of Hydeware Theatre, along with freelance writing for PLAYBACK:stl.
