Schlam Cru is, by definition, a people business and our success is dependent on growing, and supporting, a high-quality, highly capable workforce to deliver for our customers.

Schlam Cru are experts in equipment maintenance, rebuilds, shutdowns and high-pressure cleaning. They provide highly skilled and experienced mechanical, fabrication and cleaning specialists to mines all across the Pilbara and the Goldfields.

With a workforce of 500 employees, Schlam is focused on building a culture where all team members feel they are known, noticed, and listened to. Across the organisation, Schlam works hard to attract and retain the best people in the industry. By employing the best talent in the business, Schlam offers a better experience for its employees and customers.

Because of this, our purpose is to ensure our people have an exceptional experience and thrive.

For people to thrive they have to be working in jobs they love, jobs they’re good at, jobs where they can maximise their potential. That’s why we work tirelessly to match the right people with the right opportunities.

However, placing a candidate is just the starting point. Once they’re part of the Schlam family, we support people, and their lifestyle, better than anyone else.

By focusing our business so heavily on our people, on their individual hopes and dreams, and the way we look after and support them to succeed, ultimately, we want to become the very best place to work.
