Daniela Müller

Daniela Müller is currently the Director of Operational Excellence at Schleifring GmbH and has held a series of pivotal roles in operational management and efficiency. They previously worked as the Head of Operational Excellence at hubergroup and as a Manager in Operational Restructuring at Deloitte. Daniela began their career as a management trainee at Giesecke + Devrient, progressing to project management positions focused on lean management and process optimization. They hold a Dipl.-Kauffrau in Operations Research from Technische Universität München, along with additional qualifications in finance and human resource management from Egade Business School.
