Tom Stapleton

Tom Stapleton, CDT, CCCA, is a Construction Administration Quality Manager at Schmidt Associates, bringing over 18 years of expertise in commercial construction project management. With a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects, they have demonstrated success in completing complex builds on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Tom previously held roles including Senior Construction Project Manager for Jeffco Public Schools where they led significant bond programs and supervised multiple project managers. They earned a B.S. in Construction Management and an A.S. in Architectural Technology from Purdue University.
