Collin Schladweiler

Collin Schladweiler is an experienced professional in program delivery and resource management, currently serving as an Associate in Program Delivery at Schmidt Sciences since April 2025. Prior roles include Manager of Programs at CREO from June 2023 to March 2025, and Grant Management Consultant and Project Manager at the Billion Oyster Project from March 2022 to February 2024. Collin also held positions at Miami Waterkeeper as Program Director and Program Manager from September 2019 to March 2022, and worked as a Coastal Resource Manager Volunteer with the Peace Corps from July 2017 to August 2019. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at CFANS, Environmental Outreach Research Assistant at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and Wildlife Management Area Surveyor at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Collin holds an MBA in Sustainable Impact Finance from Bard College and a BS in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota.
