Ron Brachman

Ron Brachman is a Visiting Professor at Cornell Tech and an AI expert at Schmidt Sciences. They previously served as the Chief Scientist and Head of Yahoo Labs, overseeing a significant research organization. Ron has held various leadership positions, including Director at DARPA's Information Processing Technology Office, where they advanced cognitive systems research. With a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, Ron has also contributed to the field through roles in numerous organizations, including as President of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence.
