Grace Ha, Ph.D. is a Program Associate at Schmidt Marine Technology Partners since November 2019. Previously, Grace worked as a Research Scientist at Adecco @ X, where experiments were designed, data was analyzed, and domain expertise was provided for innovative projects from February to September 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at Bodega Marine Laboratory, UC Davis, from September 2012 to September 2019, focusing on coastal ecosystems through an interdisciplinary lens. Grace also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Davis, from September 2017 to February 2019, where teaching and mentoring responsibilities emphasized scientific concepts and critical thinking. Additionally, Grace was a Fulbright Scholar with the Korean-American Educational Commission from July 2010 to August 2011, studying the socio-ecology of traditional female abalone divers within sustainable fisheries management. Grace earned a Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of California, Davis, following a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
