Jared Crenshaw

Jared Crenshaw is a Senior Geologist at Schnabel Engineering, where they provide geotechnical services for infrastructure projects primarily in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. They began their career as a soil scientist and drafting technician for the US Army, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom during two deployments to Iraq. After leaving the armed forces, Jared studied geology at East Carolina University, participating in marine geochemical research in Antarctica. They previously held positions as a Highway Geologist at NCDOT and as South Atlantic Geotechnical Field Operations Lead at HDR, gaining valuable insight into both agency and consultant perspectives. Jared continues to emphasize innovative communication strategies and relationship-building with clients and project owners.
