Melvin Mattam

Melvin Mattam, MEng, EIT, is a Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Schnabel Engineering, where they have been working since 2025. Melvin previously held positions such as Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Schnabel Engineering and Transportation Construction Inspector for the New York State Department of Transportation. They have contributed to various projects during their time as a Teaching Assistant and Project Management Intern at the University of Delaware, where they also pursued and completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering. Currently, Melvin is pursuing a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Delaware.
