Ross Cutts has extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in geotechnical engineering. Currently, Ross serves as the Owner of Earthtone since May 2020, President of Geosetta since July 2021, and Senior Research, Development, and Innovation Engineer at Schnabel Engineering since July 2022. Previously, Ross worked as a Graduate Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, followed by positions as Project Manager in the Geo-technical department at Professional Service Industries, Inc. from January 2010 to August 2011, and Engineering Geology Field Manager at the Maryland State Highway Administration from July 2011 to August 2021. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2009.
