Diego Fallas possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, particularly in automation and energy distribution. At Emerson from May 2010 to May 2019, Diego served as a Proposal Engineer for Automation Projects, where responsibilities included leading teams in the development of technical and commercial proposals and managing communication across different industries such as Pharmaceutical and Oil and Gas. Following a brief tenure at Schneider Electric in October 2021, where Diego held multiple roles including Customer Project Office Leader and Projects Tender Engineer, responsibilities expanded to budget management and documentation for medium voltage projects. Diego holds a Licentiate degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas and Universidad de Costa Rica, respectively, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
