Liam Dear

Liam Dear is a Customer Success Leader for the UK&I region at Schneider Electric, where they lead a £49M, 34-member internal sales team focused on digital selling and solutions. Previously, they held various roles within Schneider, including Internal Sales Manager, where they managed a team responsible for significant revenue growth and customer engagement. Prior to joining Schneider, Liam worked as a Recruitment Solutions Consultant at Corrigan Bentley Group and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Lawes Group. They earned a degree in Economics, Business, Geography, and Maths from Simon Balle, completing their studies in 2010.
