Mark Ortiz is the Sr. Director & Chief Architect of Power & Grid at Schneider Electric, where they focus on leading strategy and innovation for grid infrastructure and digital grid solutions. With a rich background as a Principal Consultant at Xtensible and an Executive Consultant at Bit Stew Systems, both part of GE Digital, Mark has demonstrated expertise in the energy sector. Prior to their current role, Mark served as the Sr. Director for Distributed Energy Systems at Schneider Electric and contributed as a Solutions Architect and Grid Modernization Manager at Consumers Energy. They are also an active member of the Board of Directors at UCA International Users Group. Mark earned their education from Michigan Technological University from 1995 to 1999.
