From 2015 to 2019, Mathilde worked as an Ingénieur amélioration continue at bioMérieux, where they focused on continuous improvement and performance analysis across various processes. Prior to that, Mathilde gained experience as a Chargée de projet at STEF, optimizing information and goods flows, and as an Assistante Lean manager at Ahlstrom, where they contributed to global standardization and Lean practices.
