Scott Simms has extensive experience in customer satisfaction and quality management within the manufacturing sector, notably as Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Quality for Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric from December 2010 to December 2017. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing for New Product Development and Director of Manufacturing, overseeing a team of 35 experts in tooling for molding, die casting, and stamping. Additionally, Scott served as Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Quality for Web Giants at Ford Motor Company from April 1989 to March 2006, where responsibilities included technical oversight in high-volume manufacturing. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA in Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
