Siming

Siming Ma is currently the PMO and Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital Officer at Schneider Electric, where they lead efforts in scaling digital transformation across the company. With a track record in orchestrating complex transformations in large organizations, Siming has held various roles, including Digital Service through Partners Program Manager and Content Creator at YouTube. Previously, they worked as an Industrialization Project Leader at RECTIPHASE SAS and a Project Leader at EURALTECH. Siming also completed an executive program in Management and Business Administration at INSEAD focused on transforming businesses with AI.
