Sol Ross

Sol Ross is the Director of the Sustainability Research Institute at Schneider Electric, where they drive global thought leadership on sustainability. Previously, Sol served as the Vice President at Thompson Smitch Consulting Group and held various leadership roles at LiveRamp, National Strategies, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. With a background in both private and public sectors, Sol has been instrumental in advocating for sustainable energy practices and ensuring compliance with innovative policies. Sol also coaches volleyball at Wakefield High School, emphasizing teamwork and personal development among student-athletes. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
