Dan Flaherty

Dan Flaherty, SPHR has been working at Schneider since 1997. Dan'sroles at the company include serving as a Service Team Leader from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Team Operations Manager, leading a dedicated site in Columbus, OH and also overseeing Schneider's Lima, OH dedicated operation. From 2004 to 2007, they served as an Operating Center Manager. Dan then became the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they briefly held the position of Director, Administration, Import/Export Services before becoming the Vice President and General Manager, Port Logistics, a position they still hold. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President, Distribution Services.

Dan Flaherty, SPHR, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and Spanish from Hiram College in the years 1992 to 1996. In 2008, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
