Dave Elsen

Dave Elsen has extensive experience at Schneider National since 1992, currently serving as Quality Assurance Director and previously holding roles such as Director of Solution Delivery and leader of the Testing Center of Excellence. From 2008 to 2009, Dave worked as a Product Manager, focusing on aligning business capabilities with operating plans and overseeing product ROI through project approval and implementation phases. Earlier roles included Business Transformation and Applications Development Manager, where accountability for Financial Applications was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earlier studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Nekoosa High School.
