Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is currently the Director of the Center of Excellence at Schneider National. Previously, they served as the Director of Recruiting at L. Henderson Trucking and held a similar role at McLeod Express. They began their career as an owner/operator with Heartland Express, contributing to various internal groups, including the automotive division. Michael holds an MBA and a BBA from McKendree University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Kaskaskia College.
