Robert Draper

Robert Draper, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert started their career in 2008 as a Manager at Best Western University Plaza, where they trained new employees in the hospitality industry. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Project Administrator and Human Resource Assistant at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, where they administered applicant tests and pre-screened applicants.

In 2014, Robert joined the US Army as a Platoon Leader, leading a Fire Control Platoon and managing training and equipment worth millions of dollars. Robert later served as an Executive Officer, responsible for managing training, maintenance, logistics, and administrative operations for a team of 65 personnel.

In 2019, Robert transitioned to Schneider, a transportation and logistics company. Robert initially served as a Director of Operations for the Intermodal Pacific Northwest region, where they were responsible for operations, customer relationships, recruiting, and safety. Robert significantly grew the regional business and was accountable for profit and loss.

Currently, Robert holds the position of Director of Operations for Schneider in Atlanta. In this role, they provide strategic and tactical plans for the second-largest area in Intermodal, coaching and developing a team of associates. Robert focuses on performance improvement, creating a high-performance environment, and increasing efficiency through continuous process improvements.

Robert Draper, MBA earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from the University of Idaho in 2011. Robert then pursued further education at the WSU Carson College of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance from 2019 to 2021.
