Ryan Pedro

Ryan Pedro has extensive experience in logistics and operations, primarily with Schneider since January 2013, where roles have included Account and Driver Manager and Area Planning Manager. Responsibilities have encompassed planning up to 120 loads weekly with a 98% on-time delivery rate, fostering relationships with customers to ensure shipment feasibility, and leading safety initiatives for 45 drivers, resulting in a 32.75% increase in loaded ratio. Recognized for excellence, Ryan received the 2019 Presidential Safety Award and the Van Dedicated Account of the Year. Prior to Schneider, Ryan contributed as Alumni Relations Chair at Ohio State Evans Scholars, engaging alumni with current scholars, and garnered varied operational experience through internships at Amazon, Energizer, and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management from The Ohio State University.
