Shaleen Devgun

Shaleen Devgun has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shaleen is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer at Schneider. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Schneider from 2015 to 2022. Shaleen also served as the Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Solution Delivery from 2010 to 2015 and as the Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Advanced Analytics from 2009 to 2010 at Schneider. Shaleen has also worked as an Advisor at 8VC since 2018 and as a Board Member at ChemDirect since 2022. Additionally, they co-founded Scope 23 LLC in 2023 and is a Board Member and Advisor at Baton since 2021. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from 2006 to 2009, as a Manager at Deloitte from 1999 to 2006, and as a System Analyst at Compuware from 1997 to 1999.

Shaleen Devgun obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Detroit Mercy from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1989 to 1992. They also obtained a Corporate Governance Certification from UCLA.
