Michael Steele has over 23 years of experience in the logistics and sales industry, currently serving as a Senior Carrier Sales Executive and Canadian Market Manager at Schneider Logistics since April 2008. In this role, Michael manages the inbound, outbound, and intra-Canadian markets for three logistics centers, collaborating with STM and Global sales teams to expand the Canadian markets. Michael leverages extensive market knowledge to educate sales teams on pricing and trends while processing RFPs and enhancing carrier networks. Prior to this, Michael was an Inside Sales Executive focused on revenue maximization through rate negotiations. Michael's career began at Coca-Cola Enterprises as an Outside Sales Account Manager from April 2000 to August 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University.
