George E. Adams

George is a tax shareholder who has been serving clients with the firm since 1997 and has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He has broad expertise in areas of tax planning and compliance for closely held corporations, partnerships and S corporations, including, asset and stock acquisitions, corporate restructuring, multi-state tax planning, compensation planning, business succession planning strategies, federal and state income and excise tax examinations.

George advises clients in a number of diversified industries, including professional services, real estate, manufacturing and distribution,

natural resources and retail and restaurant. George is also the chair of the firm’s Professional Services Industry Group. George advises clients in a number of diversified industries, which include manufacturing and distribution, retail, restaurant and natural resources. George is also a member of the firm’s Energy and Resources Industry Group.
