Mark A. DiPietrantonio

Mark has been with the firm since 1995. He has extensive experience in all areas of tax planning, research and compliance. Mark provides services to the firm’s clients that include the coordination and delivery of tax compliance services to closely held businesses and their shareholders, developing, communicating and implementing tax strategies, and overall corporate tax planning. Mark serves clients in a number of diversified industries that include construction, real estate, professional services and manufacturing.

Mark has participated on numerous acquisition and divestiture teams. He has assisted and recommended to business owners methods and tax strategies for structuring transactions to minimize tax exposure. He has assisted business owners in obtaining 179D energy and building and cost segregation services.
