Nate Lambrecht has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Nate started their career as an Architecture Intern at Rinka Chung Architecture, Inc. from March 2009 to June 2010. Following that, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at SCGroup Real Estate from July 2010 to September 2011. Nate then joined CETCO in September 2011, where they held roles as a Product Management - Technical Services Coordinator from September 2011 to February 2013, and later as a Product Management - Technical Services Manager from March 2013 to March 2017. In 2007, Nate started their own business, Nate's Baits, Inc., where they served as the Owner. Currently, Nate is working at Schöck North America, where they hold the position of Head of Sales since August 2020. Throughout their career, Nate has gained experience in sales, engineering, product management, and business ownership.

Nate Lambrecht completed a B.S. in Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2004. Nate further pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained an M.Arch in Architecture from 2007 to 2010.
